Leveling powder stucco formed of super fine alabaster, easily sandable. Mix it with water before use.
Use
For the leveling of indoor wall surfaces when you need a perfectly smooth surface before the next varnishing.
Support
Two-coat-plaster, chalk or mortar plasters.
Technical features
- Binder: modified alabaster chalk
- Specific weight for testing: 1.000 kg/liter ± 0.050
- Setting Time: 3-4 hours with +20 °C
- Theoretical consumption: 1 kg/m2 for a 0.5 mm depth (the practical consumption varies according to the kind of support)
Support preparation
The support needs to be perfectly clean; remove any grease and oil spot. If the support is dusty, first apply one layer of water insulating fixative like Isoedil Acrilico. Dilute it with abundant water.
Application
Mix 2 parts of Ven Stuck Extra in weight with water. Mix again well and apply with a spatula or steel trowel. Apply between +5 °C and +35 °C. Humidity must be lower than 80%
Drying
Sandable after 6-7 hours
Recoating
Ven Stuck Extra can be recoated with normal hydro paintings and synthetic polishes. We suggest to apply first a water insulating like Isoedil-A or Isolante Alta Penetrazione to compact the support absorptions and stop the dust.
Storage
Preserve in sealed original containers with temperatures between +5 °C and +40 °C. Avoid humid places.
Supply
20 kg (cod. 403), 5 kg (cod. 404) sacks.

According to the present CEE regulations, the product does not need to be labeled.
The reported data refer to laboratory tests: during practical applications in building sites these can be slightly modified according to the conditions of any installation.
The person who works with the product must verify the expected suitability of use of the product, taking upon himself.
